  4. Keep your head straight, without turning, look to the left, fix your gaze for 5 seconds. Then we look into the distance and hold our gaze. Then we perform gymnastics by fixing the gaze to the right side, up and down. Repeat 2 times.
  5. Close your eyes for 5 seconds without straining your muscles, then open them wide and look into the distance for 5 seconds. We do it 3 times.
  6. Keep your back, head straight and move your pupils in slow, circular motions in different directions: first clockwise, then back. After that, we look into the distance.
  7. First we look at the tip of the nose, then into the distance. Repeat 7 times.
  8. Keep your head straight and fix your gaze. When counting to 4, we move our gaze to the right side and fix it. On the count of 4, we look to the left again and return to the starting position. We continue according to the "up-straight", "down-straight" pattern. Then we perform the exercise in the same way, moving our eyes diagonally.

If the training exercises are performed for the first time, do not be too zealous and repeat the exercises many times. This can cause pain and discomfort if you are not used to it. The number of repetitions gradually increases.

Relaxing the eyes is no less important than training. Excessive muscle tension is considered one of the causes of myopia. Let's look at some exercises to help relax them.

They can be executed many times, in any order. Any pose - sitting, lying down, the main thing is to tune into the right mood - throw all problems out of your head, calm down, relax.

  1. We do this exercise sitting: close our eyes, turn our head clockwise, then make several circles against it. We rest with our eyes closed for a few minutes.
  2. Rub your palms together until they warm up a bit, apply them and gently press them to your eyes. Massage the eyes with light, circular movements for 5 seconds.
  3. It's a similar exercise, but you don't have to press your palm against your closed eyes. Just apply it and imagine the warmth emanating from your palm.

Methods of children's vision development

Palming is the key to quick and healthy rest, and is an essential part of any gymnastics aimed at restoring vision. Before doing any exercise, you need to be properly prepared for it.

Palming is gentle and effective. The duration depends on the emotional state, as not only the eyes but also the human psyche relaxes. The result is achieved when the color behind the closed eyes is black.

To complete the task, you need to rest and sit up straight. If all the rules are followed, the eyelids should be lowered. The eyes should be closed and protected with the palms. This ensures complete relaxation of the visual organs.

What we need to do:

  • Rub your palms well. Your hand not only warms up, but also receives the necessary boost of energy;
  • Fold your palms into a boat as if you want to draw water into them. Place them on your eyes so that they are in the center of the socket, with your palm on your cheekbones, your fingers on your forehead, and your little fingers on the bridge of your nose. Place your elbows on the table or press them to your chest; it should not hang. Do not leave gaps under your fingers. Important. Do not pinch your nose, you must breathe freely. Closed eyes;
  • think or talk positively about your eyes: my eyes are good, my vision is improving day by day;
  • the following operation is different for nearsighted and farsighted people, although it is also related to self-hypnosis:

    Myopic people should imagine that their eyes will be spherical, this will help relax the transverse muscles and improve distance vision.

    Farsighted people imagine that their small eyes are stretched out like cucumbers. This relaxes the longitudinal muscles and helps you see even small objects, such as small letters and beads.

  • good memory, should be calm, very positive. It can be a river or sea shore, a warm bed, delicious food - anything that brings pleasant feelings;

  8. Blinking.Blink softly and quickly at least a hundred times.
  9. Crooked eyes.Move your pupils towards your nose. To perform the exercise, place the tip of your index finger on the bridge of the nose and look - then they "connect" easily.
  10. He works near and far or remotely.Go to the window and take a close look at the close-up detail. It can be a leaf from a tree growing outside the window, or a small dot of paper stuck to the glass at eye level.
